Debt free by March 31st, 2012. Need help understanding the various levels and setting a goal to reach the required levels. READY TO ROLL GUYS!!!!!!! HELP!!!!
Hey Tanya, debt free is always an excellent goal! Privately, you can give me the amount of money you need to make from your business in order to accomplish that by 3/31/12.
In the meantime, you can get a better understanding of the Unicity Compensation Plan by watching 1st) the 16-minute Comp Plan Overview at http://www.pgdnewsbah.com/compensation.html and 2nd) the more detailed comp plan webinar at http://www.pgdnews.biz/get-paid.html
Be sure to download the comp plan booklet that's available on the page as well.
Contact me once you've done that, and I'll be glad to fill in the gaps, answer the questions, and help you lock in your plan.
Thats awesome! You guys are a huge inspiration!!
Having just missed my goal of Director in my first month, I have now decided to be a Senior Director by March 31st! That is a decision and not just a goal!! I will be a Senior Director by march 31st!!
Hey Sean! Now THAT'S what I'm talking about! Making a Decision!
What we need to so is "Get M.A.D." -- Make A Decision! And that's what you've done.
Senior Director is 10,000 volume points in a month. If you have a leg over 6,000 points, you'll need to be sure that at least 4,000 points is coming from outside of that leg.
Now that you know that, what are you COMMITTED to DOING to make that happen?

Congratulations on your 3 miles T!! By March 31, 2012 I will be a Sapphire!
That's a great goal, Pari! Sapphire. That's 50,000 total volume points. And if you have a leg that's doing over 30,000 points, you'll need to make sure that you have 20,000 points coming from outside that leg.
The biggest thing will be this -- what are you COMMITTED to DOING on a DAILY basis in order to achieve that? And are you COMMITTED TO DOING WHAT IT TAKES TO ACHIEVE THAT GOAL -- even if it's more than what you want to do -- or what you think you're able to do?
Today, when I ran the 3 miles, it was surprisingly easy. Ok, it was challenging -- don't get me wrong -- but it wasn't nearly as difficult as I had imagined all this time. And my first thought was , "Gee, I really could've done this a month or two ago!"
You see, like so many of us do, I had psyched myself out -- talked myself out of it BEFORE even trying. Even today, the excuses were all around me:
-- it was my first workout in 4 days -- I should take it easy...
-- I started late, what about all the other things I had to accomplish today?
-- My foot / side / leg was hurting...
Get my drift?
And what did all of the excuses I made cost me? Time. And the progress I could have made if I had gone ahead and done it before.
Today, I decided to suck it up and go for it -- and I surprised myself in what I was capable of achieving.
Sapphire is a very worthwhile -- and lucrative goal. Are you willing to do what it takes?
My goal this year is Sapphire and I also want to lose the last 80 or so pounds. I will also commit to doing regular exercise 3 times a week. For me that will be walking and a kickboxing class.
Thanks for the video and reminding me that it's Goals in Writing that make all the difference. I need to continue to be more specific in the details so I can measure my performance and improve on my performance. Reporting back to someone else really does make a lot of difference, for me.
Way to go, Julie! You've already lost 76 lbs and 35 inches and come off of your high blood pressure meds. Now that last 80 lbs is gonna make all the difference in the world!
Between that and Sapphire, we'll all be cheering for you every step of the way!
